Fraser House is a Grade ll listed five storey brick and stone former textile warehouse in the Chinatown district of Manchester City Centre. The building has been predominately empty for many years despite it’s prominent position and redevelopment is required to bring this attractive building back to beneficial use.

The existing restaurant uses at lower and upper ground floor levels are to be retained and substantially remodelled whilst the upper floors will be redeveloped and converted into quality office accommodation accessed from a new entrance on Portland Street.

The development seeks to enhance the character and quality of the historic fabric, retaining and revealing as much of it as possible and integrating it into the new work to create a development of distinctive character.

A programme of repairs and improvements to the external fabric has been been ongoing and, with these now completed, works will shortly begin on the internal spaces with completion due in early 2016.
